​Bolo Bolo is an experimental solo project founded by Gamze Koba in Beyoğlu, Istanbul in 2022. With Cevdet Alanbay joining the project in 2023, the band started to record their first compositions, which they define their style as ‘progressive punk’.

 

The lyrics, which stand out with their protest character, were written by Gamze Koba along with the lyrics, while the compositions, live recordings of all instruments, mixing and mastering were done by Cevdet Alanbay. 

 

 

Born from a dark inner struggle, this track confronts the listener with feelings of loneliness and exhaustion amidst a world growing ever heavier. Driven by minimal yet striking repetitions and raw emotional intensity, the song creates a powerful atmosphere within the modern alternative scene. With its chorus “Bury me in the pit”, it expresses inner collapse in a striking and memorable way.
