Dalgakıran - Hesap

Dalgakıran, one of the standout bands on the Turkish alternative rock scene, released their first single, “Hesap”, from their second album, Olay Ufkunun, on March 27th 2026.

Featuring powerful guitar riffs, a dynamic drum-bass interplay and aggressive yet melodic vocals, “Hesap” captures a mood that oscillates between the sense of confinement created by modern city life and personal transformation. The track addresses the emotional unravelling that follows the end of modern relationships with an ironic and energetic tone.
The narrative world established by Dalgakıran in their debut album “Bu Bizim Nazik İsyanımız” revolved around urban melancholy, internal reckoning and a collective state of mind. “Hesap” serves as the gateway to the second chapter of the band’s story. The band’s new album, “Olay Ufku”, takes its name from the concept of the “point of no return” defined around black holes. Dalgakıran uses this metaphor to describe the irreversible moments of transformation in the bonds an individual forms with life, society, relationships and themselves.
