Dalgakıran’s Second Act of the Album: ‘Anı’

Having made a strong impression on the alternative music scene with their first series of six tracks—including ‘Hesap’, ‘Deli Dans’, ‘Semt Bizim Ev Kiralık’, ‘Makinist’ and ‘Kukla Kral’, which brought the first act to a close—Dalgakıran are continuing their journey with their second album, Olay Ufku, without pause. Having successfully concluded the first part with “Kukla Kral”, the band released their new single “Anı”, which opens the album’s second act, on 18 September for music lovers to enjoy.

A Modern Twist on the Nostalgic 2000s Rock Sound

With their new track “Anı”, Dalgakıran takes listeners on a musical journey that is both nostalgic and refreshingly fresh. The track, in which raw and powerful rock elements take centre stage, blends the iconic Turkish rock sound of the 2000s—which resonated so deeply with us—with a contemporary approach to production.

With its high energy, distinctive guitar tones and driving rhythms, “Anı” aims both to captivate those who miss the authenticity of 2000s rock music and to take Dalgakıran’s dynamic musical identity a step further.

‘Anı’, the eagerly awaited new instalment in the ‘Olay Ufku’ album series, was released on 18 September via Tamar Records on all digital platforms!
