Istanbul-based alternative metal band Gaddar have released their new song, ‘Yak Gençliği’, which criticises companies’ completely uncontrolled and impulsive wage policies, adopting a ‘let’s give it a go anyway’ mentality even though it’s bound to fail.
‘Yak Gençliği’ can be described as a salute to those who are consuming their youth under corporate exploitation in order to survive.

On the very day the lyrics are written, they will be read; within two or three days, the words will be forgotten, and the song itself will be consigned to the digital dustbin within a week at the latest. The lyrics and music are by Övünç Dan, whilst the arrangement is by the band.

Released under the Tamar Records label, the track also signals that Gaddar may be releasing new songs in the near future.
