A metal band hailing from Istanbul, Nascent offers a music that embraces depressive themes with a chaotic sound, raw and aggressive delivery, and a captivating dark atmosphere. Founded in 2022 by bass guitarist İhsan Yiğit Ergin, the band reached its final shape in 2023 with addition of Orhan Dinçşahin on vocals, Recep Zengin and Yusuf Beyazkılınç on guitars, and Ercan Demireli on drums.

Nascent’s debut album "The Assailant” released by Tamar Records. The writing process of this album started as the band formed, and the recording sessions took place in 2023.

Combining the elements of post-metal, doom metal, black metal, and death metal, Nascent are confident that their chaotic catharsis will reach the souls of those who seek chaos.
